About the role

As a member of our Customer Service Team, you will be a pivotal influencer in the implementation process with new and existing clients. You will develop and deliver training programs to clients around Australia. Adaptability is key and a willingness to undertake short term travel is necessary. As a representative of BuildingLink International, you will enjoy seeing people learn, develop and achieve over the course of your tutorial sessions.

You will provide Customer Service in person, over the phone and via email, being the go-to person for clients using our software. An articulate and clear speaking and writing style is a must. You’ll manage projects end-to-end and work autonomously, so self-direction and time management are needed to be successful in this role.

A dynamic team player, you’ll rise to challenges in the classroom and have a keen eye for spotting potential issues. You’ll be tenacious when it comes to solving problems or coming up with inspired solutions to unexpected snags.

Personable and friendly with a genuine willingness to relate to others, be they front desk receptionists or busy directors of luxury residential properties, you’ll understand excellent service and be motivated to provide nothing less than an outstanding experience for those you train and support.
 
 

About the person

Curious and outgoing, you have a strong work ethic and are fearless when making decisions and trying new things. You’re an excellent communicator with a level head that doesn’t waste time “sweating the small stuff”. You enjoy being around people and they enjoy being around you just as much!

Warm, resilient and optimistic, you love a challenge and the opportunity to grow while helping others achieve their learning goals too. Never happy with the status quo you’re always ready to challenge, question and change things for the better on behalf of your team and clients.
